• 2021

  Haitang Bay Integrated Smart Energy Project commenced operation of its phase-one services.

  Set up battery swap stations in Haikou, Hainan Province, and Zhuhai, Guangdong province.

  Established Smart Mobility Segment– partner with EDF, BAIC, etc.

  The Company’s First EV Battery Station in Sanya, Hainan Province commenced operation.

  Meishan District Smart Energy Distribution Project commenced service.

• 2019

  The Sichuan provincial government has approved the construction plan for the first phase of the integrated district energy distribution project in Meishan, with construction expected to begin in May 2019 and completion by December 2019.

  February 2019, Changfeng was ranked amongst the 2019 TSX Venture 50 top performers, awarded to 10 companies from each of the five industry sectors on the TSX Venture Exchange for the 2018 year

  In January 2019, EDF Changfeng has achieved a new milestone of procuring its first client, the Sanya Haitang Bay Edition Hotel following the signing of a centralized cooling service contract with the Edition Hotel.
• 2018

  In November 2018, Changfeng Energy has completed construction of the 2.0 kilometer pipeline connecting the existing provincial natural gas trunk lines to the Gaoyao Combined Heat, Power and Cold Natural Gas Power Plant owned by Guangdong Datang.

  Changfeng’s trial run of a liquefied natural gas shipment from Canada to the PRC using ISO-containers has been successfully completed. The LNG shipment from the Vancouver port was arranged by Changfeng and it arrived at the Shanghai port on November 8, 2018, and has now cleared customs.

  In October 2018, Changfeng Energy and Tianzhiyuan Energy entered into an agreement, marking the company's official entry into the market of the New Economic Development Zone of Meishan City, Sichuan Province

  January 2018, under the witness of Chinese President Xi Jinping and French President Emmanuel Macron, the formal Sanya Haitang Bay Concession Right Agreement was signed between Sanya Mayor Yanjun Wu on behalf of the Sanya municipal government and Jean-Bernard Lévy, CEO and Chairman of the EDF Group, on behalf of the EDF Changfeng joint venture.

• 2017

  December 2017, Hebei Riheng Clean Energy Co., Ltd. was established in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, marking the company's official entry into the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei natural gas market.

  December 2017, Changfeng Energy Inc. and the University of Waterloo Institute of Sustainable Energy signed a ten-year strategic cooperation agreement.

  December 2017, Changfeng successfully hosted the Sanya International Energy Forum. Nearly 500 authoritative experts and scholars in the energy field from China and abroad joined the Energy Forum to exchange views on the current state of energy use in the world, and the field of clean energy and smart cities. Many intents of corporations were witnessed and signed in the Forum.

  November 2017, CF Energy Inc. and the EDF Group established the joint venture Sanya EDF Changfeng Energy Management Co., Ltd.

  August 2016, Sanya Changfeng World Energy Forum Co., Ltd. was established.

  January 2016, the Company held the “2016 International Energy Structure Reform and Prevention of Atmospheric Pollution”discussion forum.

  September 2015, Caofeidian Hengtai Co., Ltd. was established, marking the Company’s strategic move into the Beijing- Tianjing- Hebei region’s midstream infrastructure business.

  June 2015, Gaoyao Hengtai Natural Gas Co., Ltd was established, marking the Company’s official entrance into the Western Guangdong market.
• 2013

  September 2015, Caofeidian Hengtai Co., Ltd. was established, marking the Company’s strategic move into the Beijing- Tianjing- Hebei region’s midstream infrastructure business.

• 2010

  May 2010, Pingxiang Changfeng Gas Co., Ltd. was established, marking the Company’s entrance into the Jiangxi market.
• 2008

  December 2008, Hunan Changfeng Energy Co., Ltd. was established, marking the Company’s entrance into the Hunan market.

  May 2010, Pingxiang Changfeng Gas Co., Ltd. was established, marking the Company’s entrance into the Jiangxi market.

  January 2008, Changfeng successfully listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange Venture (trading symbol “CFY”)

  December 2007, Sanya Municipal People's Government granted the Sanya City pipeline natural gas franchise rights to the Company.
